The Association maintains the shared property at 4727–4733 North Kenmore Avenue and keeps the record of how decisions are made. This page is for neighbors, vendors, and visiting professionals. Owners sign in for Association records.
Emergencies
Call 911 first for immediate danger. Report non-emergency maintenance to the Board.
Moves and deliveries
Potentially damaging furniture, appliances, and other items must use the back entrance. Owners are responsible for common-area damage. Contact board@kenmorevintage.org before a move or major delivery.
